Procedure for Online Admission

bulletThree Simple Steps for Applying Online

  • Fill the online Application Form and note down the Reference Number.
  • Make Payment of Fee through Credit /Debit Card
  • Take a Printout of the Acknowledgement Receipt and submit it at the Institute Fee Counter.

Candidate must follow the instructions strictly as given in the Institute Admission Brochure/Prospectus and on the Institute Website. Candidates not complying with the instructions shall be summarily disqualified. The admissions will be made strictly on merit. Log on to ILR website www.ilrfaridabad.com

  • Click the 'Online Admission Form' from Admission Help menu or click 'Apply For Online Admission'.
  • A page appears with information about online admission - 'General Instructions' read it carefully.
  • Please click the 'Procedure for Online Admission' and then read Information before moving ahead. The instruction and Information page will give you all the information regarding online admission - eligibility, Fee structure, documents required etc.
  • Now you start filling the form. Most of the required information has to be taken from the list box and you have to just select the relevant ones out of the given options.
  • If you have already purchsed Porspects/ Admisson Form online, note down the Prospectus Number/Referenc number and select 'YES' in purchsed prospectus field and fill that in appropiriate field.
  • Make sure that you fill your correct mobile no., e-mail-id(In case you do not have any email-id, you will have to create it) and the correct address as per the address proof to be submitted by you. The Institute will use this information to contact you for any further information. Wrong information can lead to misdelivery of information. The Institute will not responsible for mis-delivery of information due to mistake in address, mobile no and email-id.
  • After completion of the form, click "next" button. This will bring the preview of your filled up form where you can check whether all entries are correct or not. If you find that any thing has to be corrected, click the "Back to Edit the Admission Form" button appearing at the end of your application.
  • This will enable you to make changes in your application. Then click the "Make Payment" .
  • In response to the submission, an Acknowledgement Receipt appears on the screen indicating your unique Reference Number, Course Applied For, Name, Mobile No, Email-id etc. This receipt will also be sent to your email id for which you can check your email and also you will receive SMS on the given Mobile No. You can also download your Acknowledgement by using your Reference No. You can access any further information about your Admission Status by using your Reference No. from Admission Help menu and Check your status
  • If you find eligible for admission by admission comittee and your name sorted in the any of the Merit Lists, then present yourself for a personal interview before the concerned Admission Committee any time between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. on any working day in the time frame allotted to you and you will receive an email and SMS also for the same, with all your original required documents and attested photocopies thereof for verification.
  • After your case has been approved by the Admission Committee, you may proceed for online payment of fee.
  • The payment page appears on the screen where you need to fill up the Credit/Debit Card details and then click the "Payment through Credit/Debit Card". The payment can be made through any Credit Card(Master/Visa) or any Debit Card.
  • In response to the submission, an Acknowledgement Receipt appears on the screen indicating your unique Reference Number, your personal details, fees details etc. This receipt will also be sent to your email id for which you can check your email.
  • You can see the status of your application by reference no alloted to you. You can also view your application by clicking "Print Application"
  • Take a printout of the Acknowledgement Receipt and submit it to the Institute Fee Counter along with your Application Form and attested photocopies of all the required documents as mentioned in the Admission Form.
  • Collect your Roll Number from the Fee Counter and start attending your classes as per the University Schedule.
